The project has 4 phases:

1. Bringing closer the industry with the research community on a European level, through the establishment of an industry working group and the organisation of a course for students and professionals
2. Facilitating communication and networking between the industry, investors and SMEs on the local level that will support capital flow for product development and project implementation.
3. Improving the framework conditions for encouraging the implementation of RE-desalination
4. Creating widespread awareness about the benefits of the technology through a promotional campaign involving use of the local media

These four phases are further organised into separate work-packages (WP). Each WP is briefly presented in that area of the ProDes website: research results - higher education - link with the market - mobilising investment - legislative & institutional issues.
